Refund Policy
At Kasavu, we take utmost care in packaging and quality-checking every saree before dispatch. Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must record an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) clearly showing the issue. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a refund. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@kasavusaree.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95446 60303 with your order details and video evidence.
Refunds for approved cases will be initiated within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Please Note:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Products showing signs of use, tampering, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
- Minor colour variations due to photography lighting or screen display settings will not be considered a defect.
- Slight stain marks, weaving variations, or thread pulls inherent to handloom sarees will not be considered as damage.
